ABSA's inability to generate tax certificates

On 6 October (10 days ago), I sent an email to ********** requesting IT3B tax certificates for 2 of my home loans with Absa. They promise on their website that they will respond with the certificates within 2 working days. For some reason ABSA does not allow their customers to download tax certificates from their online profile. To date, after several more emails to amngst others ********** ********** and ********** I still don't have my tax certificates. Note that I requested the same info for a loan I have with Nedbank and they responded within 1 day - well done.

Good day. I have received my certificates so the issue is resolved now, thanks. I recommend that you upgrade your IT system to allow for customers to download their home loan tax certificates from their online profile - this is 2018
