ABSA's ETOS QUESTIONABLE?
Under debt review for an ABSA credit card past 2 years. Payment schedule is strictly adhered to and have not missed any instalment. Despite, I am being harassed with telephone calls and sms's threatening me with legal action and "my last chance to make an arragement". Despite NUMEROUS phone calls and emails I get no response other than continuing harassment. Are ABSA employees plain ******** and/or *********** or are they simply following ABSA's etos? I simply don't understand their motive.

Received a response from ABSA within 24 hours, after fighting this battle on my own. Not only did ABSA respond in a rhetorical way. They assigned a dedicated manager, with all the contact details, to resolve my issue!
