ABSA's Debt Review Department

I'm very annoyed with Absa's debt review department , since last year Oct 2018 the people i'm under debt review with (Debt Rescue) have been having issues trying to get a refund done by Absa , the money was paid into an incorrect credit card number , now they are trying to re allocate the funds back to the right credit card and Absa only keeps on asking for the same information being send to them multiple times (proof of payment) , I would know this as I'm being CC'ed in all of the correspondence . This is the only issue holding the whole process back from being completed , and don't let me begin with all the calls and emails from there lawyers , I have also multiple times explained to them what's going on but no one seems to make a note on there system.

Can some please wake up at Absa's debt review department and sort this out , as i'm sure i'm not the only person struggling with this issue .
