Absa's debt collectors are *******
I have a personal loan account number ********** 153 with absa bank which has been handed over to Mc Roberts Attorneys, who sent me an sms offering 80% discount on the loan in December 2017 which i said i couldnt afford, i would check again in January which i didnt. On the 28th March 2018 they sent me that sms again offering the same 80% discount they offered in December 2017 and this time i called them and activated the settlement with their consultant by the name of Nthabiseng and she said the calls were recorded and that i should pay by 31 March and confirmed the settlement amount via sms which i still have in my inbox. No one ca**** me thereafter till today, got sms's during easter weekend saying that they made a mistake by offering that amount. This morning i called the attorneys and spoke to Priscilla Madiba as Nthabiseng Mphela was not at her desk and she went into my profile and told me that loan has been settled, i should IGNORE THE SMS'S RECEIVED OVER THE WEEKEND, as it was a system error, she will arrange paid up letter to be sent by Nthabiseng. I than received an email shortly after speaking to her stating that i still owe the full amount, i called and spoke to Anne who is the admin person who sends sms's and said that i still owe. ABSA you are using ****** with ******** mentality as your debt collectors. all i needed to do was to pay the 13k settlement and like pour evil snakes turned back on the written and verbal promised offered so they can have more money. i struggled to raise that 13k in such a short space of time. and now all that struggle is down the evil lawyers or ABSA lawyers account and my loan is not settled. ABSA you hired legal people they promised me a discount twice and i want my settlement letter as per communication with your ***** lawyers. Absa all i want now is my settlement letter.
