Absa's credit life department

I must say Absa's credit life department is the most *********** department that I ever came across in my life. The staff in that department is really useless especially Brandon Auglhas ad Lerato Legwale I'm mean useless is not even the word. I've been waiting for 3 months just to get a reply from them
