My wife and I would like to give thanks to 2 particular people at ABSA

Jonny Maitland and Lebo Gabosiwe

We had an issue of incorrect funds that we were liable to pay. After a month of struggle talking to a whole lot of people that either didn't want to help or told us what we wanted to hear just to get us off the phone and agree that we are liable for something we don't know.

Until we came across those 2 people that actually know their job, care about customer service and do their investigations properly. They resolved our issue we struggled with for a month in just an our and all our accounts were back to normal.

Thank you very much Johnny and Lebo. If anything you deserve managerial or higher positions in your work place. What you did today proves there are people that don't go to work just to get paid but that actually love what they do.
