ABSA's bad service

I settled an ABSA car finance on the 1 July 2022 and now they say I still owe them and they have never contacted me saying I still an outstanding balance as they say I do. ABSA is an unprofessional bank even the consultants that are working there dont even know how to handle these issues. ABSA take off my name in your system as I want to buy a car but cannot because ABSA says I owe them even though I settled.
