Absan Busines bankers are not helpful

I was recently told that I need to fica at absa, thus the reason for blocking my business account from any transactions. I went to a branch in boksburg central town where I was told that there are no business Banker on the premises, you have to call them as they are working from home, they made copies of my relevant documents and the consultant emailed the documents to some business Banker email address, after a few days, the business Banker group manager mailed me and said the Banker that need sto attend to my need is sick on leave, but she will lift the freeze on account for me to be able to transact, but she advised that another business Banker will send me documents to sign and I had to send it back within 14 days otherwise my account will be frozen again. After 2 days another lady with the name of Anastasia Goodman sent me documents to sign, I signed it and sent it back to her 2 days after, still within the 14 days though, but then Anastasia then forwarded the mail with documents to a business Banker called Hlamalani to remediate the account which was on the 1st of de2021, on the 7th I noticed my card won't function, and I could not transact on my account which means now it has been frozen again, and I sent through my signed fica documents to them within the 14 days as requested by them. Now I cannot do anything and I have to make salary payments etc. And more worst it's in December. What can I do to expose this ******* bank? And more worst I have had this stupid account with this bank for 12 years now. Can anybody please ehelp me. This is seriously frustrating. Thank you.
