<p>Im writing to you in utter disappointment at the services of Absa...being the faihful Absa customer for many years now.I am disgraced at your heavy charges and no assistance attitude.This month i was billed a whopping R574 on bank charges on my silver cheque account.Now i wouldnt have mind this if Absa have been helpful and attentive to my needs to but ive been declined a loan...ive been declined a bond...ive been declined vehicle finance and ive even been declined a temp loan...this after i faithfully paid my last loan and there is weekly deposits adding up to R17000 going in this account.The last i tried a loan they told me that i need to at least have R500 in my account when cut off is done on the 7th every month.Now i cant remember when last i was even in a minus balance with absa...but now...after they took R573 for CHARGES!.<br />People has advised that capitec is the cheapest and i still gave you the benefit of a doubt yet you dont show gratitude in any form.I have had it with Absa...and i am informing everyone of your pathetic service and high charges. #AbsaMustFall<br />i will post to every social media and complaint site about absas pathetic service as im truly disgusted in your services.Im sure the benefits of capitec is even beter with better charges</p>
