I took a personal loan and just finished paid it off. I received the west service ever. They would sometimes stop sending me statements; I requested a statement; till today I have not received any response. I have settled the loan but no e-mail confirming this. Went to the bank to request proof of settlement and i was told that I will get a posted letter coz its system generated.
