ABSAlutely Pathetic

<p>ABSA Property Insurance is pathetic. I initially reported a water leak at my premises (Claim no. ********** ) on the 18th July 2016. Subsequently I lodged 2 more claims ( ********** and ********** ) before the leak was finally repaired. It is now over 6 weeks since the leak was repaired and the peripheral damages have not been sorted out. The bathroom in question is still not in use and no amount of follow ups seems to have any effect. It is like talking to a brick wall. To date the bathroom, the affected walls and ceilings and floors are left unattended.</p> <p>Every time I try to follow up I get to talk to new person at the claims department and each time I must painstakingly give all the details over before being transferred to another department and repeat my story over. And yet each time there is no positive response. No one at ABSA Insurance has a clue regarding the status of my claim. This is totally frustrating</p>
