ABSAlutely NO clue on Personal Loan query

Wanted to get my installment recalculated BEFORE I make a lump sum payment into my personal loan account to make sure it is worth my while. NO ONE can recalculate the installment, keep telling me to make the payment and wait. LOL... Then the money is absorbed and I cannot get it out again?? What is the point??? Gone are the days of capable bankers. Oh and just put the phone down when the client annoys you.... no WONDER I moved to FNB. USELESS USELESS ABSA
