I missed my loan payment. They called me. I paid via the app. From the App payment they owe me R12

This morning they have the audacity to try can debit my Standard Bank account when I have paid.

Now I owe standard R150 because your accounts department couldn’t do its job.

I want my money from you Absa for these charges.
