Absalife fail to cancel absa home loans credit protection plan

Poor service i received after canceling the Absa home loan credit protection plan. I am disappointed at the way Absalife has treated me. I asked absa to cancel absa home loans credit protection plan in November 2025..and on the 08 January they sent me an email saying the policy will be canceled after the 15th January 2025. On the 15th of January they deducted the money and promised to refund the money onto my home loans account but since then no money refunded and on my app the policy is still active so I asked them what was going . on the 26 january i received an emain and the answer was that the policy will update in 31 days. After 31 days nothing happened. They are still taking my hard earned money even though I have canceled the policy and they confirmed it several times. On the 18th February I called them and they told me the is system error and they will resolve the matter urgently by the end of February. Today is 3 March and the policy is still active on my absa app. And it shows that they are going to deduct premiums on the 15th of March. Please can the please stop this nonsense. Im very disappointed at how Absalife treat people. They have don't care attitude.
