Absa/Innovation Warranty is useless when it comes to payment!!!!

Is it possible to give 0 stars?This is specifically for the Absa Vehicle Warranty Division. Payment was promised within 48 hours. That was a week ago. Today someone tells me payment is loaded today for Tuesday...is noone accountable for not loading a payment??I do not have a car now. Furthermore I am on a call for 35 minutes and counting waiting for a manager. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic
