ABSAHomeloan in arrears, house was sold in 2010

I recently apply for a ITC check. The report I got was showing that our ABSA Home loan is in arrears, over R1.1 million. The place was sold in 2010!!!!! The account was never closed. But instead ABSA went ahead and blacklisted us!! What do they think? Are we idiots? If an home loan account is so far in arrears, then why did we never got any accounts. And how is it possible that we never got any letter from their attorneys? ABSA is fast asleep. We are now blacklisted because of their incompitant personnel. I demand that this problem be solved and that the ITC records of both me and my husband be updated.
