Absadirect was supposed to resolve with the insurer that covered the vehicle that caused the accident

I have had a claim with Absadirect and this was an accident that was caused by a vehicle insured by another Insurer which is known and informed Absa that the person caused the accident accepted responsibility. I have requested that my excess must be refunded to me once all was sorted. Three years later not resolved
