Absa/complaint

I wrote to you some time last week I think regarding the poor service I was receiving from Absa. To date about half of the problems have been resolved mostly by the Johannesburg office. But am still awaiting acknowledgement of my email to the Knysna Branch, to whom I was referred. I wrote a 2nd e:mail to them yesterday asking for the information but to date have had no reply. . We were fortunate to have a braanch in Sedgefield whic was run so very efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. Sadly the branch has been closed down and I have no idea where that wonderful team of people are now.
