ABSA your service is HORRIBLE

I app**** for an overdraft on monday They siad they would call me in 3 working days, I have called absa about 7 times. You guys keep on making offline excuses, and saying my payout consultant will call me. I just called in again and once again i have to wait for a call from you?

Please assist or I will move my account to another bank.
