ABSA - YOU SUC****!!!!!NO ASSISTANCE, YOU MAKE ME SIC****!

I have always been banking with ABSA, however I have decided that moving forward, I WILL MOVE MY BUSINESS TO CAPITEC! ABSA is one of the most ridiculous banks out there. Ever since the beginning of lock down I have app**** for COVID relief on my Vehicle Finance, which I might add is was up to date, until end JUNE, NEVER have I missed a single payment on my car, yet after NUMEROUS phone calls to ABSA, speaking to Numerous Consultants empty promises of their Manager LORRAINE phoning me back, holding on the line for 45 min at a time, wasting airtime, No one knowing how to assist me, sending me from Consultant to Consultant, and 4 months down the line I am still yet to receive ANY assistance from ANY MANAGER/CONSULTANT, this is beyond appalling!!!!!!After i was told that they will block my debit order end June, until my Covid Application is finalized, I received a REMINDERS that my installment is outstanding. They refuse to assist with any relief, they can't give you answers, yet, they are very fast to tell you they want the money?????I then asked for an agent to phone me back, needless to say I am still waiting????Phoned again yesterday, held on for another 45 min yet again, NO ASSISTANCE, empty promises of LORRAINE that is BUSY on a so called phone call, but I was promised that she will phone me back by close of business yesterday, and i am STILL WAITING FOR YOUR CALL LORRAINE/LILLIAN Whatever you call yourself. So let me tell you now...I CAN NOT PAY MY VEHICLE BECAUSE I AM WORKING FOR 50% OF MY SALARY CURRENTLY!!!!!!All my Colleagues were assisted with Covid relief from WESTBANK, STANDARD BANK, FNB...yet ABSA IS MIA!!!!OOOO that means MISSING IN ACTION!!!

Please let me know what I should do regarding my payments or my vehicle finance as I am sick and tired of phoning your call centre, being helped by idiots who has NO Clue what the hell is happening. Also, no reference numbers are supp**** at all!!!***????
