Absa you suck !!!!

Sitting at absa mall of Africa - waiting for international banker. I was sent away because left my is book in car - that’s fair- got back ...he is busy. I sat for 20min till he was finished then he took another client from the teller queue - I made myself known and he said he will deal with the other client first ????. Here I am with a broken leg needing to go back to car to fetch ID but then get back and he allows someone else to jump queue. Absa. You suck !!!!!
