Hello. Anyone at Absa actually working on customer complaints or not? Today one debit order that was supposed to go off failed because Absa employees do not do their work! When will my problem be solve Absa???????????

Hello Absa. Are you actually going to help me solve my query or just continue to take bank fees and not deliver???? I complained on Hellopeter.com and telephonically and my problem is still not solved!!!!!!!! Do you guys even know the meaning of customer service? Please solve my problem or close my account!!!!!!! I don't even know why I still bank with you , 14 years and whenever I needed you, you where NEVER EVER there for me. I bank with Absa but guess what...I got my home loan with Standardbank. I bought 2 cars last week and guess what, I got it through Nedbank and Wesbank... Why??? Because Absa don't care about me or other customers!!! You better reverse all bank charges in regards to this query!!!! #AbsaYouSuck !!! Ref **********
