absa you have a nerve to call yourselves a bank. its disgusting!!!!!

I am utterly disgusted at the thievery that goes on at absa. I've never dealt with a more sorry excuse of a bank in my life!!!!

I have a personal loan with absa and up until covid I have been paying my loan. due to tough financial situations I could not afford to pay the loan and was handed over to nimble attorneys who I made an arrangement with ti pay 1000 a month towards my loan which I have SMS proof of. simple right?????

not at all....absa keeps on debitting my account after the arrangements have been made and puts me in a financial situation because of unpaid debit orders. every month after the arrangement has been made it has been honored and absa still debits my account after me advising the call centre more than numerous times . It is january and a rather tough situation and absa yet deducts money from my account. i am sick and tired of this and they are causing me mental trauma as i have been having this problem since september last year. i dont know what to do thank you absa for ruining my life.
