Absa you don't deserve business

I have written complaint after complaint absa went into my trusave account which differs from my savings and stole R3300 I want a refund they keep changing the reason as to why they debited my trusavings Marvelous has given me 2 different reasons in 2 days and that for me is *********** i was told in July to make R1000 payment for my personal loan which I've been doing and they said I've differed from it which I haven't.
