Absa you can do better
I think Absa should look into their online loan application. I made an application on Monday with all documents requested and was told I would receive a call in 2 to 3 working days. Day 4 I called them and am told to wait another 2 to 3 working days. This is an inconvenience, how does such a big bank not have proper systems in place????
