Absa you are a dis gusting bank!!!

Never ever use this bank after 20 years plus I used their services for home loans, never skipped a payment, credit card, savings, debit card and now I urgently had to apply for a personal loan. I reduced the 72 months to 12 months, this was never done now I reduce the payment to 10 months to save interest because after being such a loyal customer they gave me an interest rate of 28%!!!!!!!! Absa you are disgusting and above all I was told today even if I reduce the period of payment the interest amount stays exactly the same? Interest over 72 months compared to 10 months should be a lot less in total. I am now searching for a bank to take over all my business!!!! Don't waste your time on this disloyal bank with its HIGH interest rates sies
