ABSA x DSV: INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST!!!

it is now 3 weeks and your supposed courier of choice is holding on to my card, you use sketchy courier companies because of the kick backs or whatever arrangements you have, they then tend to employ substandard people with no tertiary education and no idea what customer service is and when they get called out on thier stupidity you hold on to peoples cards. Becareful what you wish for, you just might get it. You are slowly loosing credibility so continue.
