I do NOT want to give these suckers ANY stars!!!

I went in to the Effin' Fish Hoek branch OVER a month ago to CLOSE BOTH OF MY ACCOUNTS!!

Yesterday, this arrived: "Your Absa cheque account is currently in arrears. Immediate payment is required."

WHAT??!! * * So I went straight in to Longbeach Mall branch . . . If YOU received the phone call that I was PROMISED, please let me know!!
