ABSA wrongly shuts account
URGENT:ABSA's Thekiso Mataboge ***, is unresponsive and the main cause of disruption that threatens our small complex of older people. Municipal services to us are in danger of been shut down because our ABSA banking account has been unnecessarily and arbitrarily shut down, leaving us unable to pay the municipality or any one else. Thekiso has all the gory detail of issues going on for weeks.

28 Nov 2021, 13:41Hi, I am still unable pay for utilities, threatening our complex's supply, using the absa app. Communicated with Mr Mataboge who does not communicate, and Mr Coetzee who refuses to communicate. Both are skilled at passing the buck to no effect. Please escalate to higher authority.
