Absa wrongfully listed an adverse against my name

Absa, you wrongfully listed a default as account handed over. The account is supposed to show my payment behavior under "accoun history" not to be listed as an Adverse. Why lie and say account was handed over when it was not even once handed over. I want people to know that you incorrectly blacklist your clients even if they are one month in arrears you just go and falsely  report it as handed over and as adverse. Is this how you deal with your clients? It just goes to show how less you care about your clients. One month in arrears you cry "Adverse" and you lie saying the account is handed over. I want that adverse removed
