Absa wrongfully added a missed payment on my credit profile

Absa have wrongfully added a missed payment on my credit profile, this has dropped my credit score and i have called ABSA on numerous times and sent emails regarding this and no one is able to assist me.

When i called their vehicle finance department, they advised they don't know what is going on because payments are up to date and the debt went through, so if Absa does not know, who should know?
