ABSA wrong info to credit Bureau affecting my credit rating and they are not fixing it!
The credit bureau shows that ABSA home loan payments have been missed for 9 months. Yet I HAVE NOT MISSED ! PAYMENT!! This may be because they did not update the debit order date from the 30th to the 1st!! Now my credit rating is poor. ABSA needs to fix it on their side but the service has been terrible!! They are more interested in closing the ticket as resolved on their side than helping their clients. The first time they rep**** they asked for the latest a credit bureau statement then said the ticket will be closed as resolved until they receive this. then I sent it and after 6 mails still not assistance. Finally got feedback that the report needs to be less than 10 days old, now it was already a month old. nowhere in any of the mails do they specify 10 days. Again as I phone, they say ticket closed and resolved!! They do this so that they can score positively on systems showing how fast tickets were resolved and closed after lodging complaints or queries. completely ********** and misleading to the public!

I need the following:
1. Evidence of ABSA supplying the bureaus with the information that their system error showed 52 months of missed or delayed payments. Confirming by asking someone will not suffice, I need the recording or emails Instructing the bureaus to go back into the history and update the faults logged
2. The case number - activate the case number that has been going for a year or provide me with a new one per email so that the banking ombudsman can proceed with the investigation
