ABSA Wrong bank to bank with

I had a atm loan on my name in 2017. I paid money in to pay the loan in full just to find out now (2019) that the loan never was paid as it went off for other charges. When i contacted ABSA they confirmed i had to pay for other transactions on my account and the full atm loan. The loan amount was for R600 and repayment was R668. Now i had to pay R2018. 00 to settle that loan. I have spoken to a lady from ABSA and said i will pay the amount in full allthough i was not happy about it. I asked ABSA if there is an settle amount to pay the account in full, they just said no i have to pay the R2018 in full to settle the account and get the listing removed from my name. When i went to pay the amount as promised i still had to pay in to settle the amount. I closed my account after paying in the R2018 and R34 to make the payment. I will never refer ABSA to anyone. After making the payment in october i have to keep asking ABSA to remove the listing off my name. The listing was suppose to be off yesterday but is still their. I am tird of sending mails now to ABSA as it takes them min 4 days to reply.
