Absa worst service- pay back my money owed to me

I requested closure of my account on 29 January 2021 and received a ref number and email from Boipelo Ramorola advising that the account closure department would contact me however no contact received ever since. I followed up again on 16 February 2021 and received the same response from Lungiswa Nombula and still no contact made and my debit order continues despite no amount owing to the bank.
