ABSA worst service in Secunda Mall

Absolute appalling bad service!! Absa Secunda mall. Waited in line more than an hour, only to receive a new bank card., only two consultants helping clients, others standing in groups chatting. After waiting in line for 40 minutes, and after closing time, they started helping the people who came in after us, while we were standing more than an hour.
