Absa worst service ever

Good day, Absa in Lower Long Street Cape Town has the worst ever service, how can a bank manager question a copy of an original certified death certificate, identity document and request the original while the certified copy certified by an authorized advocate of the law with the executors letter who i am with my original identity document stating that i am the executor . I will never ever make use of their services even while my late father was a loyal customer to them.
