ABSA worst service ever

Worst experience at ABSA they couldn't help us with refinancing my Father's late vehicle for two months no one knows how to do it. We call they send us the wrong email address we come in the branch now one can help us. It's frustrating we can't get any help but they threatening us with auction of the vehicle but they can't even help us refinance the vehicle
