Absa worst private bank experience received.

Worst bank ever. ******** debit order deduction and unreasonable threats and bad treatment of private bank clients. I have raised this complaint with my private banker as well as with Absa private bank without any response. Just received a message that our vehicle debit order did not go off 01 Jan as per our contract and that we will be handed over to the credit bureau after the January was already deducted on the 14th of Dec without permission and in breach of our contract of Absa.
