ABSA - worst house insurance ever

I'm sick and tired of ABSA now and by extention Rossha Builders. ABSA gave Rossha builders the contract to fix our house... almost two years after the fire, STILL we can't use the taps in our kitchen - we have to carry buckets of water from the outside tap to get water to cook or clean with - when it rains our roof leaks - our toilets don't work as they should and now last night - none of the plugs are working in our house - and some lights are flickering... this isn't they type of treatment one expects when you are paying your bond every month... Guess we'll need to go to the Ombudsman!
