Worst service ever when it comes to the cancellation of your bond. Absa is quick to add interest when the consumer owes them money even when the mistake is on their side. But when they owe you money you just have to wait for their time even though you do everything according to the book. You keep sending the documents, escalade the matter, add complaints, service consultants can't assist and no response from the bank... You just have to wait for them and ***** the consumer. No other description than pathetic. Pure theft so they can take interest on the money of the consumer.
