Absa worst customer service

The most useless bank on customer service. Have spoken to multiple people on there service line as i was battling to do an internal transfer. Moving MY money internally. No one could help me. Then the last person finally tells me there is a fica lock on account. How dare they lock my account, not a call not nothing. Then I must wait till monday when I need to access MY money today. Try talk to someone senior, no one's available. Disgusted, but bank brilliant at calling you for offering loans. Disgrace. Thank goodness for Capitec, best bank ever
