ABSA Worst Customer Service

Absa customer service the worst ever my mother is banking with ABSA for a long time and recently someone withdrew R1000.00 on four occasion and I requested ABSA to investigate , they tell me my mother’s card was used to withdraw the money when i asked them for places and footage of the ATM where the money was withdrawn they say i must get the footage myself from FND, when i called FND they say ABSA must request it...It has been back and forth with no help RE: C-***5 RE: ASZA-1*** ref:_00D1r1GluM._5001r2WzWlL:ref
