ABSA - Worst business banking ever!

It is shocking that the business bankers at ABSA have no idea what they are doing. How is it possible to take 4 months to open an account. We don't receive any feedback from our business banker, we must constantly do follow up's and still no progress! The newest forms submitted to us for signing purposes has multiple errors on. Absa website gives NO information as to who you can contact for assistance. Branches don't answer their phones! I am shocked at the loyalty Absa gives their customers!
