ABSA WORST BUSINESS BANK

Absa is the worst business bank. They are suppose to help you grow a business. Not take you down. I was at the East rand mall on 29th of July to apply for an overdraft on the business. Then i was told we need to fika first. So i signed documents and email it back to them. They would have let me know on Monday what was, what. By Wednesday 3 August I haven't heard anything. So I went back to them. I was waiting more than an hour, to hear that it shows we are all good but the system doesn't want to process our application. So they said that they would run it during the night and give me feedback. By the 11the August, i haven't received any feedback from them. So we went back to the branch, we waited from half past 2 till half past 3, to find out we don't qualify for overdraft as they need our financial statements (Which they could have tolded us from the beginning) but we do qualify for a loan. Which is not really gonna help as it is for business and it is for cashflow management. Not money for purchasing something. Then they said we must come back Friday morning to sign documents in order to draft our contract. They will let us know to come sign Monday 15 August, and we should get the money by Wednsday 17 August. Monday comes and Monday goes. Tuesday comes and tuesday goes. We went into the branch again this morning 18 August, to find out the contract will only be finished by next Monday. This is seriously the worst service experienced from ABSA. During the past few weeks I also tried to make contact with ABSA but the branch don't answer any calls. The number I have for my business manager also don't get answer. No reply to my emails. How am i suppose to run I business with no support from my bank. Also my bank charges (admin charge) is more than R2500 per month. For what, we don't even have a speedpoint machine or nothing. I pay between R2500 and R3500 per month bank charges. It is ridiculous as i checked with a few other companies that is bigger than us and even use speedpoints and their bank charges isn't even R1000 per month. Please ABSA UP YOUR GAME. Or i need to change from banks. As my company is very important to me and not worth loosing everything because you give bad service.
