ABSA - WORST BANKING APP EVER!!! AFRICAWORST!!!

What a pathetic bank and even worse banking app. I've been complaining for YEARS about the same issues and IF I get feedback, it's just apologies, but yet, NO ACTION for improvement. Absa's reasoning is that "we have many customers, the ones bother to take the time to complain are the minority, so why bother sorting out the issues" What a farce!! Absa....don't contact me with yet ANOTHER apology...don't waste my time or yours. You are just pathetic...period!!!!
