Absa worst bank, poor customer service

Worst bank ever, I bought Hollywood vouchers from Absa their app didn't give out voucher numbers, I went to the branch, rewards program they promise to give me my money back on certain dates whenever that date approaches they tell me about technical issues, confirm for a later date still even if that day comes they still postpone. They should just let me know if they don't want to reverse my money in my account because for reasons known to them. Y'all have billions in your account and refuse to give me back my money
