ABSA worst bank not very helpful

Worst bank to deal with. Tried to close my account. Syntyger Branch tellers closed it would open a bit later.came back after 3 hours still closed. Then Was forced to go to tygervalley. Only one teller open with a long que. It cost me km fuel traveling back and forward and still had to pay a amount to close the account. ABSA didint even send any notification re the account just added a penilty every month, they sould close it now for free
