Absa - Worst Bank Ever - Taking money and not reversing it

I have been with Absa for over 30 years. It is now the worst bank ever. Have been trying to get a incorrect amount deducted from my account reversed for over a month now. When calling the call center they just say i must log a new call and wait. I have so many ref numbers now but money not yet reversed. Not even an Absa Branch can help me. I am Gatvol now!!!!
