ABSA WORST BANK EVER FOR DEBT REVIEW CUSTOMERS!!!

I am utterly dissappointed in this bank. am currently under debt review but all my accounts in paid off. absa will not provide me with my paid up letters for both credit card accounts as one according to them is in credit (but they cant tell me how much) and the second they are claiming I still owe them R5000. After I only owed R34 000 but paid back R66 600 already. I have phoned, e-mailed and complained and asked but its like fighting a brick wall. the longer this process is dragging on for 2 months!!!
