Absa worst bank ever

Worst bank ever. Online payment went off my account twice, doesn't even show up on my transaction history anymore. Phoned absa only to be transferred from one department to the next with no clear reason as to why or how to fix the issue. Seriously disappointed. They brag about online safety etc but authorize the exact same transaction twice. And this wasnt even the first issue I've had with them. Call centre is useless and shouldn't even exist.
